***Bootlegger Has Passed Away, But I'm Leaving This Page Up To Tell His Story. Many Thanks To Everyone Who Bred To Him Or Bought Pups Off Him. He Will Be Missed***

We are also glad to offer Giddy-Up Bootlegger for stud. Bootlegger is straight off Black Boy R, a hound that Reggie Edwards said was one of the few he had ever hunted with who could jump, run, and catch his own fox. We bred several times to Black Boy before he died.

Bootlegger placed in many field trials in his prime, and was a strong contender in the North Carolina State Hunt when he injured his foot. Apparently a piece of wire had wrapped itself around one of his back feet and the foot was almost dangling. Bootlegger was caught off a fox race and sewn up on the spot. He was high on the leaderboard but unfortunately that was his last field trial.

Bootlegger has often been described as having a lot of heart. His pups inherit this trait. They are full of spirit; smart, and gamey. They have shown up in all kinds of field trials, from puppy hunts to three day trials. Like their sire, they won't quit, and most have the looks to place on the bench as well. Bootlegger himself won Natural Carriage several years in a row at the Eastern North Carolina Foxhunter's Association Annual Bench Show-after his foot was hurt.

For endurance, speed, and strong track running ability, please consider Giddy-Up Bootlegger in your breeding program. You'll see for yourself how much heart these hounds have.

Bootlegger stands at stud for $100.00 with no puppy proposition. There is a return priviledge. Call ahead to reserve your breeding time.

We also have puppies off him from time to time, but they go very fast, so much so that reservations are accepted on unborn litters.
We thank you for your consideration.
